Our Mission
It’s no secret that our mission is to empower and inspire humanity by improving the quality of life, but what does that look like in the day-to-day?
Empowering Individuals:
Each person has an incredible ability to influence and change the world around them, and sometimes they just need a little reminder of how amazing they are! Which means that our services are built around supporting the individual with healthy products and an encouraging environment. We provide a space where clients can relax, breathe, and get away from the stresses of daily life to be rejuvenated and reminded of just how amazing they are through verbal affirmations and acts of service.
Inspiring Humanity:
But our mission statement goes beyond just the individual. While we focus on ensuring every individual finds an uplifting, encouraging, and relaxing atmosphere at Ippodaro, we are also intent on leaving behind a legacy that encourages a healthy planet. It’s just one of the many reasons we focus so intently on using only the best organic products that are good for the planet, our stylists, and the clients having products used on their hair!
Our Vision
You can’t know where you’re going if you aren’t looking at it, which is why we remind ourselves of our vision every day.
Not only do we continually research and keep up-to-date with contemporary health practices in the beauty industry, we keep an eye out for new hand-selected products that are even better for our clients and stylists (Did you know that many stylists suffer health complications from working with nasty chemicals on a daily basis?!). We are regularly finding new events to sponsor and collaborate on with other eco-friendly businesses and salons, and encourage the most energy and water-efficient practices both in our salon and in our non-work lives.
The biggest aspect of our vision-enactment comes in the forms of products we use: by supporting cruelty-free, organically farmed, and locally sourced products made with fewer pesticides and often created with bee-friendly habitats. So even if you don’t see continually see changes, you know that the products you are using on your clients are better for you and for our planet!

Core Values
Collaboration - We believe that two are better than one, and collaboration is an important part of this! Both inside of our team and with our clients, we constantly share ideas and problems with each other so that we can work together as a community to problem-solve and improve quality of life. When you work at (or are even just a client at) Ippodaro, you are never alone!
Education - Constant education is the basis of progress and excellence. This means we are constantly creating opportunities of education (Like seminars and health-education events) within our community and within our team (providing the opportunity for stylists to level-up their skill and knowledge through courses and hands-on practice).
Leadership - Great leaders are those who are self-aware, self-improving, and self-evaluating (NON-judgmentally!), because individuals who can do this are able to encourage growth and progress in others as well. Every individual of our team is considered a leader in some respect, but we also believe leaders are developed by action and not by title which means that every individual has the propensity to become a pillar of our community.
